Desktop Digital finishing system

Label Maker R14 is a compact digital label finishing system that  used to unwind and laminate the labels, digital die cutting, excess label material removal around die-cut shape and slit. This machine offers professional cut and finish of labels. This system is accurate label finisher using cutting plotter technology and allows you to cut different types of materials and shapes without additional investment on dies. To provide maximum cutting speed and avoiding synchronization issues, the system equipped with a cutter management tool that works inline with a camera to form an integrated optical black-mark registration. Label Maker R14 features smooth workflow, flexibility and limitless variations in label design. This digital label finisher is a perfect short run solution for  color label printers and presses.

Foil without Die

Foil material sticks to the tonner base, therefore the die or plate like stamping process is not required. Both big images and detailed images are possible to be foiled. Multiple colors of foil are available.

Compact Body

Table top type and power supply is only 100V. Paper size is A5 ~ A3 Possible to adjust the temperature and speed depending on work.

New method Dry Coating

Clear material is transferred onto the whole paper and makes a gloss effect. Very thin material and unnecessary to be-trimmed the paper after the process. Liner is also unnecessary. No curl problem.

Eco Friendly

Coating is not a required type, therefore the maintenance is easy, and no smell problem. Also, the coated material is not film, therefore possible to recycle it as paper.
