FANUCI Ultron Laser Head

Fanucci Oscillating Laser head 3 in 1 with moving beam (oscillating) system:

  • The second very important component that determines the welding quality and speed is the laser head. FANUCI welding machines are equipped with a proprietary modern head oscillation with motorized moving beam system.
  • It has a patented mechanism using a lens to drive the FOC, which allows it to automatically change its position and thus the width of the beam. The head is cooled, which enables it to work stably without interruption.

FANUCI automatic wire feeders are available in 2 operating modes (Single & Double). The right device is always set upon chosen laser head and control system based on production requirements. Both types are fully integrated with the software.

Single system allows you to work with 0.8-2.0mm filling in automatic “push” or “pull” mode. Double system allows to achieve large gap Welding up to 10mm with single motor to ensure wire feeding perfect synchronization!
